If you are a graduate in a subject other than business and management, this taught Masters degree enables you to complement the subject skills from your first degree with the core business, management and leadership skills required by organisations in the 21st century. You will gain business environment analysis skills to support the development of strategic plans, enhance business decision making and deliver results in line with key objectives. Through expert insight into people management, organisational research and business operational management, the programme will enable you to refine your management style in preparation for leading innovative and future-thinking organisations. There is also the opportunity for further specialism in areas such as international finance, brand management, entrepreneurship or human resources, through a choice of optional modules and an independent research project.
