专业概况

NYU School of Medicine offers a dual MD/MPH in global health in collaboration with NYU’s College of Global Public Health. The program augments clinical training with courses in social and behavioral science, community and international health, epidemiology, public health, and policy management.

Our dual MD/MPH in global health can help you gain the skills needed to solve the world’s most complex problems in population health.

The 40-credit MPH degree program can be completed with the MD degree in either a standard five-year or an accelerated four-year pathway.

During your fifth year, you take evening classes to complete the seminar and capstone requirements for the MPH degree, while you finish the core clerkships, electives, selectives, and advanced clerkships required for the MD degree.
