专业概况

在这里学什么？ Here’s a chance for you to study while making a difference to people’s lives. This extended course is perfect if you want a degree in Public Health but you don’t meet the standard entry requirements. First we prepare you for your degree during the foundation year, bringing you up to speed with academic skills and a firm grounding in the subject. Then you can go on to do the full undergraduate degree.Public health is a dynamic, evolving international subject area, centred on improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life not just in the community around the corner but across entire nations.It’s an area that’s made for students who are committed and caring, who believe in social justice and who are prepared to work hard within communities to effect change - to do something for the greater good.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students must have passed one of the following: A recognised UK Foundation/Access Course (In exceptional cases) Year 12 students with outstanding grades (e.g. over 80% or over 500 in Gao Kao) can be considered (must have met subject specific requirements). Successful completion of year 1 of a Zhuanke/Dazhuan Diploma or Benke (bachelors).
