专业概况

在这里学什么？ This degree will enable you to learn about our natural world, balancing the present-day study of physical geography with the geological dimension of how the Earth has changed through time since it was formed. You will gain skills in the fundamental techniques of both physical geography and geology, with a strong emphasis on practical field and laboratory work. This is underpinned by an exploration of the geological features of phenomena such as rivers, oceans, erosion and volcanoes. You will explore them both as they are now and as they were in the geological past. In combination, these investigations will provide a unique perspective on our planet and how it changes.

为来自中国的学生设计 These must include Biology and Chemistry and one other subject.While Biology and Chemistry are both required at Grade B or above, where Grade A or A* is achieved in either Biology or Chemistry (or both Biology and Chemistry), the third A Level subject will be accepted at Grade C or above.A Levels in General Studies, Critical Reasoning, Citizenship and Key Skills will not be accepted.
