Course Summary

This extended course is perfect if you want a degree in quantity surveying but don’t have the standard entry requirements.

With the ever so demanding and growing need for the surveying and its importance for construction it has become more than a necessity these days. Surveying involves the precise measurement of spatial data - information that’s crucial to a huge range of construction projects, on land and offshore.

This programme will provide an internationally competitive education, and to prepare you for a professional career, by providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.

The programme will enable you to use engineering skills to improve many aspects of surveying and all related construction areas. Even the core focus is on quantity surveying and commercial management, you will also be acquiring a good platform for working in all construction industry.

The programme offers different range of core and optional modules, enabling you to experience the real world and effectively connect your university experience with the industry.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students must have passed one of the following: A recognised UK Foundation/Access Course (In exceptional cases) Year 12 students with outstanding grades (e.g. over 80% or over 500 in Gao Kao) can be considered (must have met subject specific requirements). Successful completion of year 1 of a Zhuanke/Dazhuan Diploma or Benke (bachelors).
