专业概况

This LLM offers you first-rate teaching from academic and industry experts of a relevant curriculum anchored in the demands of the energy sector. You’ll learn how to apply your academic knowledge to industry problems. We work with leading international law firms, energy companies and energy consultancies to facilitate this approach.

• Study within the Energy Law Institute (ELI) a home for multidisciplinary research into natural resources
• Access through mentoring, internships and lecturing to the top energy law firms and companies based in London
• Take part in networking and social events run by the Queen Mary Postgraduate Law Society

For the academic year 2020/21, you will be able to start this LLM programme either in September 2020 or January 2021. An accelerated LLM is also available for January 2021 entry. Please note, Part-time is only available for September entry.

• The Postgraduate School of Law Centre in Lincoln's Inn Fields and the Graduate Centre at Mile End
• Queen Mary’s excellent Law Library and European Documentation Centre
• Free access to online databases and collections including: LexisNexis, Westlaw, Justis, Eur-lex, Hein-Online and many more
• Access to the University of London’s Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) and the Library at Senate House

There is a very high rate of employment of our students within six months of graduation. We have dedicated law careers advisers who organise events and internship opportunities with top UK and international law firms.
