Principal 校长 John Elmer BA, B.Ed., M.Ed., Specialist Sp. Ed., O.C.T, John Elmer has more than 30 year experience as a principal and educator in Ontario, Canada. He has taught in the public and private high school systems in the Toronto area. Due to his success, as a principal, in various international private high schools, John has acquired significant knowledge in the unique needs and problems facing international applicants to the Canadian education system. John has also taught at the university and college levels in Toronto and was a consultant to the University of Toronto, Special Needs Programme. He was also a member of the Planning Committee for Inspected Private School for the Ontario Ministry of Education. John has extensive experience as a curriculum programmer, special educator and principal in Ontario. He has directed professional workshops for staff at the Child Development Clinic at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, several private clinics, and the Council for Exceptional Children, also in Toronto.
