Secretary of the Board 董事会秘书 Frankie Sha came to Canada when he was seventeen and completed his post-secondary education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Project Management degree. As a certified Civil Engineer, he participated in several municipal engineering projects in Calgary, Alberta. To challenge himself and pursue his dreams, he came to Toronto and became a core managing member of Outstanding International Academy. Frankie is rigorous, responsible and professional. He is looking to OIA's tremendous success in China and knows that by incorporating these principles of success OIA Canada will truly be "outstanding". Studying and working in Canada for more than 10 years, he has gained a wealth of practical experience, excellent language and communication skills, an international mindset, and a unique vision for overseas studies. His rich knowledge of education systems in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia is an asset to OIA and its students. He is also warm, cheerful, and sincere. He can get along well with students and is a tremendous support as they adjust to Canadian culture. Parents and students can be sure he will be there for the students when they need him. He is passionate about helping students plan for their overseas studies and future career.
