With your BBA in Human Resources, you’ll have the tools you need to take your career to higher heights.

Your BBA in Human Resources Management will prepare you with a deep and broad understanding of all aspects of this critical field, including the way HR management plays a huge role in today’s global economy. You'll also gain insights from the world-renowned management professionals on our faculty. When you earn your BBA in Management with a Human Resources Management concentration from Lubin, you will graduate with an in-depth understanding of all aspects of human resources management.

The Human Resources concentration prepares students for professional positions in human resources management in such areas as recruitment, selection, training and development, job evaluation, performance assessment, and compensation administration.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students must have a diplomas and leaving examination scores from secondary and post-secondary schools (in English). In general, a minimum TOEFL score of 80, a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, or a Pearson PTE academic score of 54 is sufficient to demonstrate the required proficiency in English for admission directly into Pace University programs.
