BUS-501, Survey of Business, will be required as part of the foundational courses if the applicant’s GPA is below a 3.0 and/or if the applicant’s undergraduate degree was outside of the area of business.

This program, as are all programs at Maryville University, is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). However, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), our specialized accrediting organization, will not add any new programs to the list of accredited programs until the new program has been offered for two years, and its first students have graduated.
